Production Characteristics

QTJ4-25 Fully Automatic Brick Making Machine Technical Features: Reasonable design, compact structure, directional vibration, frequency conversion brake, and immediately eliminate energy consumption, no manual cloth to the board, greatly reduce labor intensity. Up and down pressure, strong vibration, especially suitable for the production of high-strength blocks, after forming can be stacked (3-5 layers). A multi-purpose machine, with different molds can produce various specifications of hollow, solid blocks.
QTJ4-25 is one kind of semiautomatic block machine, which is developed on the basis of small and medium model. The position-setting of the mould and the discharge head are more accurate. The down-mould adopts the vertical, directional vibrating device while the up-mould uses the pressure vibrating. So the blocks machine, it works on cement surface from mobile. It has made by this machine are even, high in density and strength. Also the automatic the characteristic as: without pallets, time-saving effort, material distributing system greatly increase the productivity.

QTJ4-25 machine’s brick making process is fully automatic, its molding cycle is 20-25s. The machine power is 22.8KW and voltage is 380V/50Hz (adjustable). QTJ4-25 machine’s total mass is about 3500KG and its vibrating force is 40KN, vibration frequency is 4000-4800 r/minute. Its equipped carriage size is 850(L)x550(W)x20(H)mm.
